Lack of Communication and even wrong information being supplied by BMW/Mini. App did not move from showing order placed even after waiting 4 months for vehicle.

I can't recommend Alfie Roger's-Webb enough it's such a shame he has left the industry as he was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I wasn't sure about a Mini as I am used to driving a SUV but Alfie sold it to me and I'm so glad.

Alfie was so welcoming from the first time we entered the showroom.keeping us updated about our Mini regularly. Always friendly &answered all our questions with in depth knowledge that demonstrated he knows his stuff and loves what he does. Thanks ??

Very satisfied with the ease of booking to leaving the car over 3 days for its diagnostics/repair. I was taken care of from start to finish (Gary Alderdice). I was thankful the technician was able to find the fault my car was experiencing.

I was completely satisfied with the service experience at the BMW centre. However on walking over to the mini centre I got the feeling that it was run down & unloved with no visible presence.
