I first dealt with Eboni, then Alfie, then Steph. I was asked to fill in a finance form and an order form twice by 2 different people. Whilst this was frustrating, it was quickly resolved and the help Alfie and Steph gave was exceptional.

I was welcomed and offered a drink on a very hot day. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside is having to wait so long to get an appointment.

I was annoyed to find my dash cam had been unplugged and left unplugged when I got back to my car. I can't see a reason why it would need to be unplugged either- it's not like it gathers private information. Very annoying.
