I first dealt with Eboni, then Alfie, then Steph. I was asked to fill in a finance form and an order form twice by 2 different people. Whilst this was frustrating, it was quickly resolved and the help Alfie and Steph gave was exceptional.

Eboni and Stratstone Mini were great to deal with. However, administrative errors by Mini Finance led to frustrating delays and re-ordering, wasting booked time off from our employment.

Stephanie was so helpful and informative in every way. Located a vehicle of our required specification and dealt with the whole transaction efficiently. The process was very smooth and our new mini arrived sooner than expected.

Ellie was very good but there was teething probelms. We needed a second key. We are not children but retired people who have had numerous cars. We have not had this probelmn before . I am not sure it is secure to use a telephone to open a car.

Was advised a problem with the battery too. When I questioned this no one knew anything about it. Had the car washed. It was dirtier than when I left it. Water thrown over it and left. Had to clean my windscreen to see

I don't recall, when I booked, being told that an MOT test appointment was an all day booking. Reception were able to speed it up but I still had to change my plans.

Service reception was friendly and efficient. We were given a completion time for a service + MOT and this time was pretty much achieved. We waited while the valeting was completed and our sparkling 10 year old MINI was soon ready to drive away.

No record of us being booked in, filled in and done everything asked online, even rang to confirm,oil done but problem not resolved and car left dirty and not cleaned as promised, we now have to go back again which is a complete inconvenience .

The sercicewas done on time I had a lift into town and everything was perfect. They even changed the time on my clock to British summer time that I hadn't got around to changing.

My service video was sent to me at 11.56, I finally got my car back at 1.15 unwashed. I was told my car was stuck behind another car which they couldn't move. I have been offered a free MOT for the inconvenience which is why I have given 3 stars

Very proactive approach to resolving the issue with my Mini, I was most impressed with the level of communication from Gary throughout the time it took to diagnose and repair the fault. Also the explanation of the fault was completely understandable

My spare key to my mini hadn't been used for sometime and I did not notice the warning to change the battery in remote control. Subsequently, I could not start my car. I phoned mini garage they sent out a courier driver with a new battery.
