Alfie showed me all the different options for the car and even went out of his way to show me an example of the colour car I was looking at. Purchasing the car was super easy and Alfie setup all the car settings with me on collection day.

Salesguy (Alfie) was great. Not at all pushy really helpful, answered all my question as i was going for the Aceman and new to electric. Good handover with the car. He set much of the options for me while giving an overview.

A little disappointed that the car was returned with a stiff hear box when no work on the gear box had been carried out. Also the rear driver side tyre was registering low pressure. It was not like this when the car was brought in.

Without Gary's quick thinking, I would have had to drive my car with tyres that were unsafe to do so and no help at home. When I did get my car back it felt like a new car to drive.

All good generally. Only bit of feed back is: electric loan car wasn't fully charged (60-70% approx) and no home charger provided.

The information I provided in the online check-in was overlooked. I had been quoted £183 for the brake fluid service yet the assistant was going to charge £345. The quote for the service plan had no context of the potential saving. I had to ask.

The dealership was excellent but the Mini/BMW central system was very disappointing - no communication on delivery date and then a very frustrating experience prior to handover which undermines the hard work done by the dealer.
