Everyone I interacted with was helpful, especially Cris who looked after me from beginning to end. Work was completed on time, kept informed and provided a courtesy car (shame not a mini especially as BMW sport seats are very uncomfortable!)

I was annoyed to find my dash cam had been unplugged and left unplugged when I got back to my car. I can't see a reason why it would need to be unplugged either- it's not like it gathers private information. Very annoying.

1. Car wasn't washed as promised when returned. 2. Wrong tyre was put on car & I had to return to garage. 3. I was promised a refund and this has not happened. 4. I have made a formal complaint on 14/7/26 (ref 537946762) no response.

Dont keep customers in the dark - if you give an appointment for 9.30 & ask to wait dont wait 1/1/2 hours to tell them there's a problem & car needs work to get through mot - nearly 4 hours wait - i'll never agree to that again
